What is your refund and exchange policy?

We do not accept refunds for change of mind. However if there are any issues with your order please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We currently offer free shipping Australia Wide for orders over $80. Orders under $80 will be charged a flat rate of $10 for regular post and $16 for express shipping. All packages are shipped 100% plastic free.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do have international shipping available. Shipping rates for international orders vary depending on weight and destination and are automatically calculated at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments in the form of PayPal, PayPal Pay in 4, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay.
